Refund Policy

Free trial

Every new practice gets a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start, and no charge is made until you choose a paid plan.

Monthly subscriptions

You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Your subscription stays active through the end of the current billing period. Monthly charges are non-refundable, but you will not be billed again after cancellation.

Annual subscriptions

Annual plans are eligible for a pro-rated refund within the first 30 days of the initial purchase. After 30 days, annual plans are non-refundable for the current term, but you can cancel renewal at any time.

Service issues

If Chartling has a sustained outage or a defect that materially prevents you from using the service, contact us and we will work with you on a service credit or refund.

How to request a refund

Email support@chartling.io from the email address on your account. We respond within one business day. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
