Refund Policy

Free trial

Every new practice gets a 30-day free trial on the plan they choose during setup. A card is required to start the trial, but no charge is made until the trial ends. we email a reminder with the exact charge date and amount a few days before that. Cancel any time before your trial ends and you will not be charged.

Monthly subscriptions

You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Your subscription stays active through the end of the current billing period. Monthly charges are non-refundable, but you will not be billed again after cancellation.

Annual subscriptions

Annual plans are eligible for a pro-rated refund within the first 30 days of the initial purchase. After 30 days, annual plans are non-refundable for the current term, but you can cancel renewal at any time.

Service issues

If Chartling has a sustained outage or a defect that materially prevents you from using the service, contact us and we will work with you on a service credit or refund.

How to request a refund

Email support@chartling.io from the email address on your account. We respond within one business day. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
