Do I have to replace my PIMS?
No. Use Chartling as your full PIMS, or keep your current one and run Chartling alongside it. Voice notes, the assistant and discharge drafts copy across in one click, and that works with any PIMS, including IDEXX Neo, Covetrus Pulse, Merlin, Teleos, Cornerstone and AVImark. Automatic write-back isn't available yet; we're building it for cloud systems with an API (ezyVet, Provet Cloud and Vetspire). If yours isn't listed, tell us which one you use.
What happens when the trial ends?
No card required. Nothing is charged until your 30-day trial ends. Cancel anytime before then from account settings.
How accurate is the SOAP note?
Chartling drafts the note from the exam with species-aware prompts and your patient record, not a generic transcript. Nothing is final until a vet reviews and signs it, and SOAP signing requires tied consent. Can I cancel and take my data with me?
Yes. Cancel in account settings and export everything as CSV or Excel for analysis, archiving, or another system.
Is it secure and consent-aware?
Encrypted at rest and in transit, US-based, fully audit-logged. SOAP signing requires tied consent; controlled dispensing requires a separate witness. Raw exam audio is not stored unless you opt in. Chartling is HIPAA-aware, not HIPAA-certified: chartling.io/security explains exactly what that covers.
