Pricing questions
Do I pay for every staff member?
No. Only veterinarians count as paid seats on Intelligence and Practice. Techs, assistants and front desk are unlimited and free. Operations has unlimited staff seats at a flat price.
What happens after the trial?
No card required. Nothing is charged until your 30-day trial ends. Cancel before then from billing settings and nothing is charged.
Can I change plans or modules later?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, add or remove service modules from your settings at any time. Changes are prorated.
Is there a setup or migration fee?
No. Import your clients, pets and history from a spreadsheet or an export at no cost.
Do I have to replace my current software?
No. Intelligence adds AI charting next to the system you already use. You copy each signed note into your PIMS (IDEXX Neo, Covetrus Pulse, Merlin, Teleos or any other) with one click; automatic write-back isn't available yet. We're building it for ezyVet, Provet Cloud and Vetspire, and on-premise systems like Cornerstone and AVImark stay copy and paste. Practice replaces your current PIMS entirely.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from your billing settings. No contract, and you can export your data in full on the way out.
