Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of Chartling (“Chartling,” “we,” “us”), an AI scribe and practice management platform operated by Cladeworks LLC. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and the veterinary practice you represent (“Practice”).

1. The service

Chartling provides AI-assisted clinical documentation, scheduling, billing, inventory, and related workflow tools for veterinary clinics. AI-generated SOAP notes, summaries, and proposed actions are drafts for clinician review. A licensed veterinarian is solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and signing all clinical records before they are finalized.

2. Accounts and roles

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep credentials secure. Practice administrators are responsible for managing team members, role assignments, and permissions, including controlled substance workflows.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use Chartling to provide medical advice to humans.
Do not upload data you do not have the right to process.
Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the service.
Comply with all applicable laws, including controlled-substance regulations.

4. Client and patient data

The Practice is the controller of client and patient records entered into Chartling. We process that data on your behalf to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Fees and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy. We may change pricing with at least 30 days’ notice before your next renewal.

6. Service availability

We work hard to keep Chartling available and reliable, but the service is provided “as is” without warranty of uninterrupted operation. Scheduled maintenance and unexpected outages can occur.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cladeworks LLC’s aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may cancel at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. On termination, you can export your data for at least 30 days.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice at least 30 days before they take effect.
