What vaccinations are required?+
Dogs must be current on Rabies, DHPP/DAPP, and Bordetella. Veterinary records may be required before your dog’s first stay. Dogs showing signs of contagious illness cannot attend daycare or boarding.
Does my dog have to be spayed or neutered?+
No. Intact dogs are welcome for boarding. Dogs under 18 months may participate in group play based on temperament, behavior, and safety. Intact dogs over 18 months may be restricted from group play. Females actively in heat will not participate in group play and may only board if we can safely accommodate them.
Do you require a temperament evaluation?+
Dogs participating in group play may be evaluated before joining daycare groups. We match dogs based on temperament, play style, energy level, size, and overall comfort.

What should I bring for my dog’s stay?+
Please bring your dog’s food, medications, and any special care instructions. Food and medications should be clearly labeled with your dog’s name. We provide bowls, bedding, toys, and basic supplies, although you are welcome to bring an approved comfort item from home.
What is your cancellation policy?+
A 50% deposit is required for all boarding reservations. Standard reservations must be canceled at least 72 hours before check-in to receive a deposit refund. Holiday and peak-period reservations require at least 14 days’ notice. Late cancellations, same-day cancellations, and no-shows forfeit the deposit. Early departures are not eligible for refunds or credits for unused nights.
Can you give my dog medications?+
Yes. We can administer most oral and topical medications with clear instructions. Medications must be provided in their original labeled packaging. Additional medication administration fees may apply.

We make payment simple and convenient. Paws & Stripes Ranch accepts major credit/debit cards and cash. A 50% deposit is required for boarding reservations, and any eligible memberships, discounts, rewards, or account credits can be applied at checkout.
