Mark a no-show from the appointment. The deposit follows your cancellation policy, a rebook reminder is scheduled for two days later, and you can invoice a no-show fee if you turn that on.

Skin and coat findings per visit, and an AI-drafted note that suggests the next service and when to book it.
Vaccine checks at intake
