Boarding & daycare quick start

Set up a boarding, daycare, grooming or training business in about 30 minutes.

1. Turn on your services: Settings, Features. Only services you turn on appear in menus, the schedule and the customer portal.
2. Add your runs and suites: Boarding, Runs. Set how many pets each one holds so shared suites work.
3. Set rates and add-ons: Settings, Charges & payments. Mark taxable services (for example baths) as taxable.
4. Deposits and cancellation terms: choose a deposit amount; customers see it on the booking.
5. Agreements: set up your boarding agreement. Check-in waits until both the owner and staff sections are signed.
6. Vaccine rules: choose required vaccines. Staff can record them with Scan or upload.
7. Invite staff: Team. Give them Receptionist, Care Attendant or Senior Attendant, or edit those roles.
8. First check-in: open Today, press Check in on an arriving pet, then Mark ready and Check out when they leave.
