Access is clinic-specific
The portal is enabled by each clinic individually. You can only access a portal if your clinic has invited you. If you haven't received an invitation, contact your veterinary clinic directly.
What is the owner portal?
The Chartling owner portal is a secure, private web app your veterinary clinic shares with you. Through it you can:
- View visit summaries, medication records, and documents your vet has shared
- Send messages to the clinic and receive replies
- See upcoming appointments and receive reminders
- Download discharge summaries and invoices
The portal is read-only for clinical records. You can't edit your pet's chart yourself. You can request a prescription refill through the portal (if your clinic has that turned on); it goes to clinic staff to approve, not an instant change. For anything urgent, call your clinic directly.
