Yearly billing is available on every paid tier and gives you roughly two months free (Operations $390/yr, Intelligence $1,490/vet/yr, Practice $3,350/vet/yr).
Add-on modules
Service modules are sold à la carte on Operations only. Practice includes all four at no extra charge. Intelligence orgs get every module unlocked for the length of their trial so you can evaluate them, but modules aren't sold à la carte on Intelligence — to keep a module past the trial, upgrade to Practice. Free orgs cannot buy add-ons.

Bundles
Kennel & Salon — Operations base + all four service modules (Boarding, Grooming, Daycare, Training), bundled for $116/mo as a launch price. Designed for boarding, daycare, grooming and training operators who don't need clinical AI.
Seat pricing
Intelligence and Practice are priced per licensed veterinarian. Non-vet staff — technicians, front desk, practice managers — are unlimited and included at no extra cost on every paid tier. Operations has no vet seats at all (flat $39/mo, unlimited staff).
Seats are billed monthly or yearly. Adding a seat mid-cycle is prorated to the next billing date.
Managing your subscription

Go to Settings → Billing
View your current plan, seat count, next billing date, and payment method.

Click Manage subscription
This opens the Stripe billing portal. From here you can add or remove vet seats, add modules, update payment details, and download past invoices.
Adding a seat or module activates it right away. Removing a seat removes access at the next billing cycle, not immediately.
FAQ
Yes. Go to Settings → Billing → Manage subscription and upgrade. Your existing patient records, visit history, and team settings carry over. The upgrade is prorated — you pay the difference for the remainder of the billing cycle.
No. Vet technicians, front desk staff, and practice managers don't count toward your seat limit. Only licensed veterinarian accounts consume a vet seat.
Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. After that, the account is suspended and you can no longer log in or see records. You have 30 days to export your data before it's permanently removed. See Data export.
Yes. Paid plans include a free trial when you sign up — 14 days on Operations and Intelligence, 30 days on Practice. A card is required to start the trial, and you can cancel anytime before it ends with no charge. The Free plan needs no card at all.
