Getting started
Log in and see your pet's health records in minutes.
Access to the owner portal starts with an invitation from your veterinary clinic. You can't sign up on your own — your clinic's front desk or admin will send you an invite email when your account is ready.

Accept the invitation email
Look for an email from your clinic (sent via Chartling) with subject line "You've been invited to [Clinic Name]'s owner portal." Click the link inside. The link is valid for 7 days.

Set up your account
Choose how you want to sign in: Continue with Google (recommended — no password to remember) or email and password. Use the same email address the clinic sent the invite to.

Confirm your pets
After signing in you'll see the pets your clinic has linked to your account. Check that the names and species are correct. If a pet is missing, contact the clinic — they need to link the record on their end.

Explore your records
Select a pet to see their visit history, medications, vaccines, documents, and invoices. Use the tabs across the top of the pet profile to switch between sections.
Once you're logged in, bookmark the URL so you can return without hunting for the invite email. The portal address is the same every time — the invite link is only needed for first-time setup.
FAQ
Check your spam or junk folder first. If it's not there, contact your veterinary clinic and ask them to resend the invite. They'll need the email address you want to use for the portal.
Invite links expire after 7 days. Contact your clinic and ask them to resend — it takes about 30 seconds on their end.
Your clinic links pets to your account individually. If all your pets are on file at the clinic, they should all appear. If one is missing, contact the clinic so they can add the link.
Each clinic's portal is separate. After signing in you'll see a clinic selector — choose which clinic's portal you want to view. Your login is the same for both.
